Dove-tailed wooden box with original paper label inside the lid and the original lock but no key. This case is c1900 as it has a copyright date of 1886 and it is still using the word “CURE” in the descriptions of its medicines. 5 ½”x 9 ½”x 5 ½”. The case comes with five (5) medicines, four of which have their original boxes. Also included is a “Humphreys’ Veterinary Specifics” hard back book of 432 pages dated 1900. You also get a group of three (3) booklets. The paper label has a stain along the left side and the interior dividers for the medicines are missing. Nice display item with lots of extras.
