Unopened bottle with paper labels, original paper seal over cork, paper insert, glass dose vial, and box. Contents have evaporated. Produced by the Barber Medicine Company of Barre, Vermont. 4 ½”x 1 ½”x 1”. Label has some light foxing, mostly on the back label. There is a stain to the left side of the paper seal over the cork. This Distemper Remedy is pretty scarce, as only three previous examples are recorded. The last example recorded was in the historic sale of the Dr. Gordon Layton collection where a similar example brought $300. No reserve on this beauty.
