Bidding: Bidding may be by phone, text, or e-mail, any time after the online catalog goes live. E-mail bids are accepted up to, but not including the last bidding day. You may call to check current bids on any lot as often as you like.

Bidding Increments: There is a $10.00 minimum initial bid on any lot.
Final Day Bidding Starts at 3pm EST: At 9:00pm EST, all lots with a current bid under $100 will be considered sold. After 9:00pm, bidding will continue on lots with a bid of $100 or more. Except for call backs, all bidding will end at 11:00pm on Saturday night.
Call Backs and Left Bids: To avoid missing out on a lot, you may leave your highest bid with me and I will bid you competitively against other bidders. If you have bid an item over $100, you may request a call back on that item. Call backs will start after 9:00pm and continue until 11:00pm. If all call backs are not completed Saturday night, call backs will resume as soon as possible on Sunday. I will make every effort to contact you, but cannot guarantee this service. If you absolutely must have an item, we recommend you keep calling. We reserve the right to delay the final closing of the auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids.
Payment and Shipping: Winning bidders will be notified within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Payment is by check and will be due within 10 days of the end of the auction. Shipping costs are extra and will be added to your bid totals. A Minimum shipping cost of $12.00 will be charged to any lot. Shipping costs have increased over the last year. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of shipping an item. We try to charge only for the shipping cost to us. Insurance will be billed at a cost of $1.00 per $100 insurance.
Sales are Final: All sales are final. However, we guarantee all lots to be as described. If you believe any lot varies significantly from the catalog description, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt of your lots. After three days, no returns will be accepted and all sales are final.
